White Chocolate Fudge that’s been studded with M&M’s and Oreos. One of the tastiest small bites around!
If you’re a lover of m&m’s, oreos and white chocolate, this is the treat for you. Fudge in the middle of summer?! We’re totally doing it.
I don’t know why, but fudge has been a holiday staple for quite some time. I never really make it any other time of year, but upon realizing that I’ve never shared a fudge recipe with you, I decided to break the routine and whip it up anyway. Also, patience is not my strong suit and when I get really excited about a recipe, there’s no way I could wait another 5 months to tell you all about it.
Turns out, fudge is a fabulous treat to make in the summer. It’s a super quick, easy, and no-bake recipe. You don’t need any fancy equipment and just a few minutes of time. You all know that’s my very favorite kind of recipe.
Plus, it totally showcases chocolate and candy – which is basically the best thing eva! What’s not to love?
When thinking about my fudge debut, I really wanted to incorporate some of my all-time preferred goodies – oreos and m&m’s. You could, of course, choose any combo you like, but I’ve always been a big fan of the texture and crunch oreos add to fudge. And you can never go wrong with m&m’s. A Chocolate Peanut Butter Shake that’s healthy?! Yes, yes indeed.
Hands up for thick, rich, creamy, and just the right mix between chocolate and peanut butter. Skip the drive-thru and enjoy a “milkshake” that you can be proud of and will leave you feeling beyond fantastic.
Today’s concoction is the perfect example of breakfast, lunch or even dinner in a pinch. That’s how filling and satisfying this milkshake is. You could, of course, sip on it post-workout as well. And by making one simple addition you can totally amp up the protein in this shake.
I don’t know about you, but I usually don’t care for protein powder. The taste, texture (grittiness, to be exact), and flavor is something I’ve never gotten quite used to. And yes, I’ve tried many different kinds. But blended into this amazing shake, you get all the benefits you want from protein powder but without any of the negative affects.

This post has been a long time coming. I don’t think I’ve ever struggled to bake/develop a recipe as much as I have with this one. Pretty sure I’ve been working on a lemon cake in loaf form ever since starting Deliciously Yum. I seriously thought it’d be one of those recipes I could whip up in no time and post on the same day. Well, almost 2 years and who knows how many failed attempts later, here it is.
And I couldn’t be happier with the outcome, you guys. If I didn’t think this ones the ONE, you wouldn’t be reading about it. I would have waited another 2 years if I knew this cake was the outcome.

Peanuts, Almonds, and Cereal coated in a Yummy White Chocolate and Peanut Butter Mixture. Topped with plenty of Toffee Bits!
Getting creative in the kitchen and coming up with fun no-bake treats, especially this time of year, makes me feel like a kid again. The only difference being that I am in full control of my ingredients and I don’t have my mom limiting me on how many treats I’m allowed. Being an adult can be fun, ha.
Today’s recipe is the result of me being home alone for less than 24 hours. Adam recently had to travel for business, which meant that I had to spend an entire night on my own, entertaining our cats and trying to figure out how to cook a meal for one.
I really don’t do well on my own. Given the fact that I’ve never had to live by myself and am so used to constant company, being in the company of one (even if it’s just for 24 hours), is the worst. I can’t stand silence and need to talk to someone. But since I had to cope with loneliness for one night, I decided to get caught up on my favorite youtubers and whip up a sweet treat – no big surprise here.
