How was your weekend? We were spoiled with some beautiful weather. You can definitely tell that fall is officially here. The temperature during the day has been in the upper 60s with colder nights in the lower 40s, which is why we decided to host a bonfire on Friday night. Having a fire on a somewhat chilly night seasoned with perfect S’mores and good conversation is the perfect way to start any weekend. Some of us even got to see some shooting stars! Saturday was spent with cleaning and sprucing up our home as planned. We ended the weekend with some family time at my in-law’s home to watch the Packers dominate. Woohoo!
Here’s something I have to confess. I love Mondays. Sunday afternoons always have me looking forward to the next morning. As much as I enjoy the weekend, there’s just nothing like a fresh start. I am also an absolute morning person, who enjoys the beginning of every new day. Add a new week to that and you have one of the most cheerful people you’ve ever met. I also know that there are plenty of people who don’t share my enthusiasm for Mondays. Don’t worry, the weekend is not far off!
