Raspberry Cobbler in Dessert Pizza form. One of the very best ways to enjoy pizza!
No pizza night is complete without dessert. I am usually not picky when it comes to satisfying my sweet tooth. Since I pretty much love any and everything, most treats are usually more than acceptable. But there are a few that get me a little more excited than others. Ooey gooey brownies, freshly baked cookies and yup, you guessed it, dessert pizza. Because the only thing that’s better than having pizza for dinner is having pizza for dessert as well. High five, fellow pizza lover!
Dessert pizza is such a quick, delicious and super versatile sweet treat to whip up. In honor of our first 90+ degree day yesterday, I decided to celebrate with one of summer’s best berries – raspberries. Putting a raspberry cobbler spin on our dessert favorite. Dark Chocolate and Raspberries are starring in this make-ahead French Toast Casserole. Finished with a Homemade Raspberry Syrup. Can you say yum?
Hello Everyone! Oh breakfast, how I adore you. Especially when you’re ready to be put into the oven in the morning and all I have to do is wait, relax on our couch, and sip on a cup of tea. Theee best!
I have made this casserole countless times. If you’ve been reading my blog for a while, you might remember this Overnight Blueberry French Toast Casserole that I posted over a year ago. I also receive plenty of questions regarding this recipe, so I thought I’d make it again, pay close attention to exactly how I prepare it, and share some more info with all of you.
At least that’s my excuse for whipping up this beloved casserole once again. I really have been dying to make a Dark Chocolate Raspberry version for quite some time. Continue reading →

Even though the weather is still slow to cooperate, Spring is in full swing at la casa de Deliciously Yum!
One thing I always crave during the warmer months of the year is fresh berries. I love, love, love them. No matter what kind, I could devour them all. Raspberries, however, hold a special place in my heart. My mother-in-law has the best raspberry bushes and every year, we get to pick as many as we like and besides eating as many as we possibly can, I always end up making jelly. Never did it cross my mind to freeze some fresh berries so I could make um, Raspberry Sweet Rolls, for example. It boggles my mind that I have failed in that department. But I didn’t let that deter me. So to the grocery store I went. Lesson learned and with frozen raspberries in hand, I set out to make these amazing rolls. Continue reading →
