A Breakfast Smoothie that not only tastes good but that will actually keep you satisfied and full. My favorite breakfast on the go.
I love smoothies. Especially since they’re so refreshing, healthy, and super fast to prepare.
Smoothies used to be more of a snack for me. A way to crush my cravings for something sweet and to get extra nutrients in my body. I never thought that I could find a smoothie that could actually hold me over till lunch and wouldn’t have me reaching for a snack in between.
I happily stand corrected.
My mornings have been completely changed. Before this smoothie came along, not much could motivate me to get out of bed in the morning. Now I can’t get up fast enough and hit up my blender as soon as I open my eyes. I never thought I’d say that I’m excited about breakfasts.
Again, this smoothie is rocking my world.
You can find classic smoothie ingredients like frozen fruit, a banana and yogurt in this one. But what really sets it apart and truly makes it a meal (at least for me) is the addition of oats. I just adore the amazing texture and how hearty yet creamy this smoothie comes out every time.
I am seriously smitten.
I cannot wait for you all to try it and tell me how you like it. I am pretty confident you will love it just as much as I do ;).
Enjoy! And have a wonderful weekend ahead!
